Sometimes it's just the simple things in Italian cuisine and with just a few ingredients it can turn into something extremely delicious: Today I definitely ate the best spaghetti carbonara of my life. It's not on the menu, but at my request I had this delight today with spaghetti, pancetta and creamy egg yolks. Outstanding !!!! No cream sauce mush or pasta with curdled egg and ham. This is how Italian cuisine should be. A lot has already been written about the Zabaglione and of course the service is always top-notch. Thank you Roberto and Anni

Small but very fine Italian restaurant. Great service, nice, romantic atmosphere, good wine selection and fresh, very tastefully prepared dishes. Had pasta with truffles and lamb, both sophisticated and very well prepared. Recommended.

An insanely great little cozy restaurant where you are greeted with love and charm. It is not a "standard" Italian. The menu is reduced and clear, which is not bad, because the selection is still great. The food is great and the vegan wishes are excellent. Service is on point, but not pushy. The chef can be seen in the restaurant and at the table. Dogs are allowed, which I think is great. And they are cared for as lovingly as we humans. The prices are absolutely fine. I ate the tortelloni with ricotta and spinach, the sauce was awesome. Fortunately there was bread with it, so not a drop was wasted. At some point you have to go. When we went out, the next visit was already planned. Kudos and thanks to the hosts. I would love to come back very soon and very often.

We visited La Strada with friends and our dog. We were received very friendly and for our dog there was also a lerckerli. Ambience of the restaurant is very pleasant and friendly. The food is great, all dishes were tasted in taste and preparation. The fried tuna to the point, the pasta all dente and excellent tasted. At the end we had Zabagione the best I have ever eaten. We will be back

Super nice owner, here is cooked with love for the Italian kitchen and you can tell that too! The service more than friendly, the food fresh and delicious. Were several times for lunch or dinner there, a small very nice restaurant with loving decoration. Highly recommended.

Just great! Had the filet and the lamb and both were outstanding. The filet I could have cut with the fork, it was so tender. The portions are very generous and the prices are absolutely fair. The homemade ice cream is unbeatable! The service is easy to enjoy immediately. Thank you for a great evening! Now my favorite Italian!

The best! By far the "Best Italians" in Kelkheim and the surrounding area, one who understands his craft, an outstanding cook and host. The remaining Italian "kitchen" in Kelkheim (except the monastery) moves more to convenience food level, unfortunately.

It is an absolute first-class restaurant among the many Italian cuisine frequented since I was in the Frankfurt area. I was there during the cold months and I plan to go back. Room not large but elegant and of quality as the menu that reveals the Calabrian origin of the owners in some dishes. Friendly service, we took four different courses all excellent and original. Places that make you proud of the defense and proposal tradition without any artifice but with merit and passion.

Great restaurant. Well worth a visit

I had celebrated my birthday here in a closed company. Before the meal discussed and set with the boss. The food, the composition, the taste and the look, just great! Nice boss, nice and attentive staff and finally satisfied guests. 7 hours passed by. With a clear conscience recommendable!

Am totally thrilled I did not know this little Italian until I first became aware of Google the food was great The friendliness of the service is second to none. The chef in the kitchen completes everything. In my opinion so far Kelkheim's best Italian restaurant

The best Italian restaurant far and wide! The focus here is on quality and the cordiality of the service is more than exemplary. The owner is a passionate cook who is also very friendly and takes great care of his guests! To be recommended without reservation. We are regulars here :) Have never eaten anything here that was not tasty. The desserts are particularly tasty as they are all personally prepared by the chef. So more is not possible :)
